Using Damwise Budget
Luminous FX provides Damwise Budget as a personal budgeting and planning tool. Use the app and website lawfully, and only enter information you are entitled to use. Do not use them to interfere with others’ systems, distribute malicious content, or infringe another person’s rights.
For an iOS app obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a different licence is explicitly provided with that app. Any applicable app-store terms also govern your relationship with the store. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Planning and accuracy
The app does not provide banking services, investment recommendations, tax advice, or personalised financial advice. Forecasts depend on the information and assumptions you enter. They are not guarantees of future balances or results.
Check actual balances, transactions, payment amounts, and due dates against your financial records. Actions recorded in Damwise Budget do not make bank transfers or pay bills on your behalf. Keep independent copies of important information, particularly during development testing.
Lite and Full access
Lite is intended to be available without a subscription. Monthly and lifetime purchases unlock the same Full access features described in the app at the time of purchase. An active monthly entitlement provides access for its paid period. Lifetime is a one-time unlock without a recurring subscription fee.
The price, currency, period, taxes, and other purchase terms displayed by your store at checkout take precedence over illustrative or planned prices on this website. No purchase is completed through this website. Google Play billing is still being prepared.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled under the relevant store’s rules. Manage cancellation in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. When a subscription is cancelled, eligible access generally remains until the paid period ends; refunds, revocations, or other store adjustments may change that status.
Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing monthly subscription. Cancel that subscription separately if you no longer want it to renew.
Purchase restoration, refund eligibility, payment disputes, and store account records are handled under the relevant store’s rules and applicable law. Use the links on our support page. Cross-platform purchase transfer is not currently supported.
Your data and development limitations
Your saved budget is held locally in the current app. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and keeping any needed backups. The current version requires manual named saves. Automatic saving, full-data erasure, and complete device-backup recovery are still being prepared or verified.
Restore Purchases restores eligible purchase access, not budget data. Development versions can contain errors and should not be your only record of important financial information. Our privacy policy describes storage, recovery copies, deletion, and support correspondence.
Content and changes
Damwise Budget, Chipworth, and the website’s original content are provided by Luminous FX. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences; the app provides an open-source licences view. These terms do not give permission to redistribute our branding or content as your own.
We may update these terms and the site as the app develops. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting purchases or data handling will be described before the relevant release, with any notice required by law.
